The address above is the address of a GoodWill thrift store I visited for the LAST time yesterday in Lakewood, Colorado.......

I was in there shopping with my husband and 3 kids....My 11 year old is having surgery soon and she saw a wheelchair in the store for 50 bucks...I told her she could have it for after her surgery and to sit in it and try it out to make sure it worked and wasnt broken......
About 2 minutes after she sat in the chair, an evil GoodWill worker named Amber, yelled at my child to get out of the chair..... She scared my child terribly, shes not used to complete strangers acting so nasty towards her.....My 17 year old heard what they woman did and said she too was afraid of the woman......
When I went to the checkout, this woman named "AMBER" was maliciously staring my 11 year old down as we approached the counter.....I very calmly TRIED explaining to her that my daughter wasnt trying to be a naughty child and that she was going to buy the chair for surgery this week... I didnt get out half my sentence and she started flipping out on me, belligerent and obviously intoxicated, with a heavy smell of booze on her breath.....Nothing I said calmed her, so I told her I would complain to corporate .... She then said "That wont get you anywhere because my brother works in the CEO's office.." ( LOL LOL LOL )
She said she didnt want to continue the transaction with me, so I told her to get someone else to help me and she yelled at me "I'M THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE" Then called someone over to help anyway...This AMBER lady was WEIRD....One second calm, the next second being BI Polar and drunk acting.....
The woman she called to her checkout said her name was "SHELLY" but there was no name tag.... She asked what the problem is, I told her what happened and told her I was complaining to the CEO and so what does she do ?? She puts her hand on "Amber's" shoulder and said "If this bitch goes to corporate, I will defend u, so no worries girl."

These two women seemed to have an issue with maturity since Im in my 30's and they appeared to be at least 22 years older than me...They appeared dirty, low class and not socialized for society working with the public and one of them was visibly intoxicated......

When "Shelly" took over the transaction, I noticed my total was far too high than it should have been so I again, very quietly and calmly pointed out to Shelly that my total amount was too high...INSTANTLY, Amber throws her arms up in the air and screams "IM NOT ARGUING WITH THE BITCH ONE MORE TIME."
"Shelly" said, maybe I should redo this.....So she did, and I was RIGHT....Shelly had rang my stuff up over Amber's original scan of each item , double charging me..But Im the bitch ??? OK !!!!
I paid my bill and took my bags at which point, got my children and walked out, as I was walking out with my family, My husband caught Amber saying "WHAT TERRIBLE PARENTS !! YOUR KIDS WILL BE NOBODY WHEN THEY GROW UP" My husband immediately turned around and said "You are bringing MY KIDS INTO THIS? You are crossing a line there Amber" Then he asked the other girls name at which time she said "My name is Shelly"
But looking at my receipt, it says the cashiers name was "LAURA"
INVOICE # I5185-8512760 ..........
They BOTH continued in with alot of other customers watching, with degrading comments about me as a mother, implying they have been to my house and know me, which they dont !!!! They made numerous "Stupid Kid and bad mom" comments as I exited the store with my back to them....I understood that Amber was intoxicated with alcohol heavily on her breath so i took my kids and just kept walking....

I have always thought GoodWill was in business for the disabled.... BUT this is not the first time my child with a handicap has been trashed by Goodwill personnel..... I will expose them from now on, each and every time I experience this from GoodWill.......
I am baffled by the lack of class, respect and education in this Country...
Water is cheap and soap is free, so take a shower ! Being poor and not making alot of money is no excuse to be less than classy.....If you cannot concern yourself with your own personal hygiene or reputation in the workplace, then you cannot be a person who cares for others, especially the ones who need to be cared for the most ..... To not care for yourself means to not care for anyone !!!!!

Even if my child needed out of the chair in the store, what gives ANY employee the right to confront someone's child ?? I was right there....And then the filthy look she bestowed upon my child coupled with hate and hate speech in front of all 3 of my kids was less than humane or professional....
It was a good lesson for my children to see white trash at its best ;)
